Blueberry Salad recipe
Ingredients List:
1 lb of blueberries.
6 oz of black cherry jello.
1 ½ cups of cold water.
8 ½ oz of pineapple, crushed, with liquid.
1 packet of whipped topping mix.
3 oz of cream cheese, softened.
½ cup of nuts, chopped.
Directions:
Drain the blueberries; add enough water to blueberry juice to make 2 cups.
Bring to boil and stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
Add the cold water, pineapple, and blueberries.
Pour into a 13*9*2-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
Prepare the whipped topping mix as directed on its packaging.
Blend the whipped topping with the softened cream cheese and chopped nuts.
Spread over the congealed salad and chill for 2 hours before serving.
