Blueberry Cake recipe

Ingredients List:

CAKE:
¾ cup of sugar.
¼ cup of vegetable shortening.
1 medium egg.
½ cup of milk.
2 cups of flour.
2 teaspoons of baking powder, double-acting.
½ teaspoon of salt.
2 cups of fresh blueberries.

TOPPING:
½ cup of sugar.
1/3 cups of flour.
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
¼ cup of butter, softened.

Directions:

Cream together the sugar, shortening and egg.

Add the milk, flour, baking powder and salt; mix thoroughly.

Fold in the fresh blueberries.

Pour into greased 8*12-inch baking pan.

Combine all of the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake batter.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes.
