Baked Blueberry Clafouti recipe
Ingredients List:
4 medium eggs.
2 cups of milk.
½ cup of all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
1 cup of powdered sugar, sifted.
½ teaspoon of salt.
2 cups of blueberries.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together, then gradually stir in the flour, ground cinnamon, ¾ cup of the sifted powdered sugar, and the salt.
Beat the mixture until smooth, then gently fold in the blueberries.
Butter a large, heavy skillet or 12-inch fluted flank dish.
Pour in the batter and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup of powdered sugar.
